23.I am torn between the two:
I desire to depart and be with Christ,
which is better by far;
24.but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.
25.Convinced of this, I know that I will remain,
and I will continue with all of you for your
progress and joy in the faith,
About two years ago I was
going through alot of pain
in my heart,attacks which were spiritual.
I thought I would share this with you,
because the Lord pointed me toward the above scripture.
Things were not going good for me at that time,
a newly born christian and lots of questions.
I still have so many questions but one day,
only the Lord will answer them someday.
I will start by saying I was miserable one evening,
wondering why things in my christian life wasn't go right.
Well,one night I took a nice long bath,
I started praying while soaking and asked the Lord
to take me home that I can't take it here no more,
I asked Him to just let me be with Him.
I told Him I just wanted to be at His feet and I'm
afraid to be here and handle all these things alone,
He kept saying Your not alone,I won't leave you.
He pointed me to the above scripture,
as I got out of the tub,He wouldn't stop
telling me to get my bible and read in philippians
where paul wanted to be with Him but his job here on
earth wasn't done,I read it because the Lord layed it
heavy on my heart and wouldn't let it go until I got the
bible and read what He wanted me to read.
He wanted me to remain in the body,
because my work here isn't done,
He still has things for me to do,
all I could do after that,was rejoice in Him.
Our Lord still has work to be done here on earth,
Keep Him first and all other things will follow.

Your touch I long for,
Your Embrace is my Joy,
I want to see You inside my soul,
I only want You to take control.
Your Love is like a running river,
the thirst I get will only be quenched by You,
I long to hold Your words in my heart,
I always pray that we never part.
I walk along a seashore,hand in hand with Your Love,
I know only now to look to things above.
Thank You Lord for Your touch today,
keep me shining with Your love along the way,
to show others how my hope is in You,
to keep me strong and one day brand new.
